The Senior Civil Project Manager will lead multi-disciplinary teams on water resources projects, including fisheries, hydropower, dams, flood control, and water treatment, providing technical leadership and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is a licensed PE with 15+ years of civil/hydraulic engineering and 7+ years of project management experience, willing to travel up to 25% monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil and/or hydraulic engineering
• Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; NCEES registration preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% monthly

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in the successful delivery of a wide range of water resources projects and tasks.
• Manage projects by defining deliverables, building and guiding project teams, managing scope changes, establishing communication plans, and monitoring project progress and performance.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction support services for fisheries, fish passage, hydropower, dams, flood control, pump stations, water treatment, stormwater, surface water management, and other heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Collect and analyze field data, as-built drawings, and engineering reports to assess existing conditions and identify critical design criteria.
• Develop, manage, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities and prepare competitive proposals.
