The Senior Civil Project Manager will lead multi-disciplinary teams across fisheries, hydropower, dams, flood control, and water treatment projects. A registered PE with 15+ years of water resources experience is sought, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• PE license required; NCEES registration preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in civil and/or hydraulic engineering.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated design delivery experience with water resource infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of water resources projects.
• Define deliverables, build and guide project teams, manage scope changes, and monitor progress.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction support for fisheries, hydropower, dams, stormwater, and related infrastructure.
• Collect and analyze field data, as-built drawings, and reports to assess conditions and criteria.
• Develop, manage, and maintain strong client relationships; identify opportunities and prepare proposals.
