Job summary

McMillen, Inc. seeks a Senior Civil Project Manager with a PE license and 15+ years of water resources experience to lead complex projects in dams, hydropower, fisheries, and flood control. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, and build strong client relationships in an collaborative, employee-owned firm.

Travel up to 25% monthly is expected as projects span several sites. The compensation package includes a broad benefits program and relocation assistance for qualified

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 15 years of water resources experience.
• PE license is required; NCEES registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of water resources projects.
• Define deliverables, build teams, manage scope changes, and monitor progress.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction for fisheries, hydropower, dams, and related infra.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and proposals.
