Job summary

McMillen, Inc. seeks a Senior Civil Discipline Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be a recognized leader in civil engineering for large water resources projects with demonstrated expertise in dams, energy, fisheries, infrastructure, or natural resources.

This role directs and supervises project teams of highly specialized staff, using foresight and mature judgment. The firm designs and builds solutions across dams, energy, fisheries, natural resources, and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of civil engineering/water resources consulting experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple large project teams.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Strong networking and business development ability.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% monthly

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee extensive water resources programs.
• Lead large, complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Negotiate complex issues with executive-level clients.
• Develop and deliver external presentations and seminars.
• Foster client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
