Job summary

McMillen, Inc. seeks a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary water resources projects in a consulting setting.

The ideal candidate is a PE with 15+ years of water resources experience and a proven Seller-Doer who can win and manage major projects in fisheries, hydropower, dams, and water treatment. The role covers planning, design, and construction support, building strong client relationships, and guiding teams to technically precise, real-world solutions.

Qualifications

• PE license is required; NCEES registration preferred.
• 15+ years of water resources experience.
• Minimum 15 years of civil/hydraulic engineering experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% monthly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in delivering water resources projects.
• Define deliverables, assemble project teams, manage scope changes, and monitor progress.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction support for water-related infrastructure projects.
• Analyze field data and reports to refine design criteria.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships; pursue project opportunities.
