The Senior Civil Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate deliverables across fisheries, hydropower, dams, and water treatment, ensuring technical precision and practical outcomes. Ideal candidates hold a PE license and 15+ years in civil/hydraulic engineering, with strong client relationships and willingness to travel up to 25% monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil and/or hydraulic engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; NCEES registration preferred.
• Demonstrated design delivery experience with water resource infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in delivering water resources projects.
• Manage projects by defining deliverables, guiding teams, and monitoring progress.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction support for fisheries, hydropower, dams, flood control, and water treatment.
• Collect and analyze field data, as-built drawings, and engineering reports.
• Develop, manage, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities and prepare competitive proposals.
