Worley Consulting seeks a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead complex water projects across North America, mentoring junior staff and guiding business growth. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable solutions that meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will apply advanced hydrology and hydraulics modeling, manage budgets, and contribute to strategic proposals, while upholding safety and quality standards across projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with Water Resources specialization
• PE designation or eligibility to obtain registration
• 15+ years of progressive consulting and engineering experience in water resources
• Experience leading water management projects in mining, refining, chemicals, industrial, municipal, or environmental sectors
• Strong project management with budgeting, scheduling, and client satisfaction
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and contribute to business growth
• Experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, GoldSim, SWMM, and PCSWMM

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex water resources projects with safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence
• Provide technical leadership in hydrology, hydraulics, surface water management, and watershed planning
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior engineers and scientists
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services
• Support business development through proposals, client engagement, and market awareness
• Collaborate with sector leaders to deliver integrated client solutions
• Apply advanced water resources modeling using HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, GoldSim, SWMM, and PCSWMM
• Lead dam safety assessments, dam breach evaluations, and flood studies
• Ensure all work aligns with Worley’s health, safety, environmental stewardship and quality standards
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation
