Qualifikationen

• ABET accredited bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• CO PE Licensure or reciprocity ability.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience with proven technical leadership.
• Proficiency with OpenRoads Designer, AutoCAD Civil3D, StormCAD, HEC-RAS, SWMM, or StormWise.
• Strong oral and written communication with stakeholders and team members.

Aufgaben

• Lead water resources engineering and drainage services for CDOT and clients.
• Design storm sewer systems, culverts, detention and water quality facilities, and open channels.
• Manage drainage and water quality tasks within multi-disciplinary teams, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare reports, specifications, and designs for transportation projects.
• Mentor junior engineering staff.
• Administer quality management plans and conduct thorough design reviews.
• Support business development activities, including client discovery and proposals.
