Job summary

RS&H, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Water Resources Engineer to join a hybrid team delivering complex water resources projects for public and private clients. You will prepare designs, analyses, and documentation while coordinating with multi-disciplinary staff and clients.

The ideal candidate has an ABET-accredited engineering degree, a PE license, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills to help lead projects and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local codes and regulations
• Proficiency in production software and construction document production
• Strong problem solving with timely/innovative solutions
• Strong oral and written communication and ability to interact with clients and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Prepare project specifications and complete project documents, analysis, and reports
• Analyze data; perform design, planning, and impact studies, as well as cost analyses
• Design complete projects, systems, components, and/or processes
• Provide technical guidance and assign tasks; manage discipline and small multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct quality control reviews and field observations of ongoing construction projects
