Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Drainage Project Engineer to deliver state-of-the-art storm drainage designs for transportation projects in Colorado. The role involves hydrology/hydraulic analyses, report preparation, plan production, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team in Denver or Johnstown with a hybrid schedule.

The candidate will bring a BS in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of drainage experience, and a Colorado PE license (or within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Perform hydraulic and hydrology (H&H) analyses and design for transportation projects.
• Prepare drainage reports in conformance with client and industry standards.
• Assist with plan production related to drainage design, stormwater management and detention facilities.
• Oversee hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, studies, reports, and construction drawings.
