Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Controls Business Class Lead to shape and deliver project controls across Water projects. You will manage schedule, cost, change, risk, and document management, guiding a team of controls specialists to meet scope, schedule, and budget while aligning with HDR's employee-owned culture.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, with proficiency in MS Projects, Primavera P6 and PMIS tools; relocation is possible, travel minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of project controls experience on engineering and construction projects.
• Strong leadership and client communication skills.
• Experience with PMIS solutions and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls practice for program delivery.
• Direct a team of project controls and document controls specialists.
• Develop project control plans with program managers and clients.
• Recommend technology solutions for data management.
• Provide comprehensive performance summaries to HDR and clients.
• Establish templates, KPIs, and workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and regional leads.
