Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of project controls experience on engineering/construction projects.
• Proficient with scheduling tools: MS Projects, Primavera P6, and Deltek Acumen Fuse.
• Experience leading project controls teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls practice and set up control plans for programs.
• Direct and mentor a team of project controls and document controls specialists.
• Collaborate with program managers and clients to tailor control plans.
• Recommend technology solutions to manage program data and reporting.
• Provide comprehensive summaries of project performance to HDR and clients.
• Develop templates, KPIs, and best practices for project controls.
