Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Controls Business Class Lead for the Water Business Group to establish a robust project controls framework, coordinating with program managers and clients to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will lead project controls staff, implement PMIS tools, and share best practices across multiple water projects and programs, elevating HDR's control capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and minimum 10 years in project controls on engineering/construction projects.
• Experience leading project controls for water projects and programs.
• Certifications such as PE, PMP, PSP, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project controls framework including scope, budget, and schedule for programs in the Water Business Group.
• Lead a team of project controls and document controls specialists; coordinate with program managers and clients.
