Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Controls Business Class Lead for its Water Business Group to establish and elevate the project controls framework across programs that include wastewater, drinking water, and flood protection projects.

You will drive scope, schedule, cost management and risk controls, mentor staff, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years' experience in project controls on engineering and construction projects
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Experience with PMIS solutions and scheduling tools
• Familiar with delivery methods including DBB, DB, EPCm, IPD, CMAR
• Ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide regular coordination across the Water Business Group with project controls personnel and project managers.
• Develop and maintain project controls plans, templates, and KPIs.
• Mentor project controls staff and support pursuit and execution phases.
• Collaborate with PMIS and scheduling teams to implement technology solutions.
• Deliver comprehensive summaries of program performance to HDR and clients.
