Job summary

HDR seeks a Senior Project Controls Business Class Lead to manage scope, budget and schedule across Water Projects. You will lead a team of project controls and document controls specialists, develop control plans and KPIs, and work with the program manager and client to tailor controls for execution.

This is an employee-owned HDR role with comprehensive benefits. You will collaborate with PMIS and engineering teams, drive process improvements and mentor staff while ensuring project success

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project controls experience on engineering/construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree required;PE/PMP/PMI-SP certifications are preferred.
• Strong leadership, client management and communication skills.
