Tighe & Bond in Westfield, MA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the One Water Team. You will lead critical drinking water and wastewater projects across the Northeast, mentor staff, and drive client relationships and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Engineer licensure is required.
• Extensive consulting experience in water and wastewater.
• Proven project management with budgets and schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and staff development.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to plan, design, and administer water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage relationships with public and private clients.
• Lead business development, respond to RFPs, and shape project approaches and fees.
• Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring budgets and schedules meet targets.
• Provide technical leadership, perform quality control, and mentor staff.
• Help grow the One Water Team with new opportunities and industry involvement.
