Tighe & Bond seeks a Project Manager 2 in Worcester, MA to lead drinking water and wastewater infrastructure projects with a hybrid work setup. You will manage projects, supervise teams, and work closely with clients to navigate funding, permitting, and execution.

The role requires a PE license, strong communication, and proven project leadership. This position offers a collaborative culture and opportunities for growth within our One Water Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE).
• Strong project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through construction completion, ensuring technical and funding compliance.
• Be the primary client contact, guiding funding, permitting, and execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams with technical mentorship for successful delivery.
• Oversee construction documents, permits, drawings, specs, and cost reports with high quality.
• Attend client and regulatory meetings to address needs and design challenges.
• Maintain budgets and schedules, keep projects on track and meet expectations.
• Identify opportunities for new work and contribute to proposals and interviews.
