Tighe & Bond, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager 2 for its One Water Team in Westfield, MA. You will manage drinking water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the Northeast, leading multidisciplinary teams and guiding clients through funding, permitting, and execution.

The role emphasizes project leadership, technical excellence, and stakeholder coordination, with a hybrid work environment and opportunities for growth within a respected, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer licensure required.
• Strong project management experience with leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with New England water/wastewater regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through construction with adherence to technical, regulatory, and funding requirements.
• Serve as primary client contact, guiding funding options, permitting, and execution.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams with technical leadership and mentorship.
• Prepare construction documents, permits, drawings, specs, and cost opinions with high quality.
• Attend meetings with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to address design needs.
