Tighe & Bond’s Westfield, MA office is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our One Water Team. You’ll manage complex water and wastewater projects, mentor staff, and coordinate with clients across the Northeast.

The role emphasizes growth, collaboration, and delivering reliable, sustainable infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate with industry experts, guide project scopes and budgets, and support business development while maintaining high standards of safety and quality in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Substantial consulting experience in water/wastewater with increasing responsibility.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Proven project management experience with budgets, schedules, and client coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and staff development.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and administer construction of water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage client relationships.
• Lead business development: respond to RFPs, develop proposals, shape scopes and fees.
• Oversee full project lifecycle within budgets and schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical leadership, perform quality control, mentor staff.
