Job summary

Tighe & Bond in Westfield, MA, is seeking a Project Manager 2 to lead complex drinking water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Join our One Water Team in a hybrid work setting and help deliver resilient, sustainable solutions across the Northeast.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and support business development with strong client engagement and regulatory know-how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Considerable consulting engineering experience with increasing responsibility in the water and wastewater industry.
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer.
• Demonstrated project management experience and strong technical skills.
• Strong leadership ability with a passion for managing and mentoring others.
• Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of projects from initial concept through construction completion, promoting adherence to technical, regulatory, and funding requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and guiding them through funding options, permitting, and project execution.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight for successful project delivery.
• Prepare and oversee the development of construction documents, including permit applications, drawings, specifications, opinions of cost, and reports, while maintaining high-quality standards.
