Job summary

Tighe & Bond, Inc. in Westfield, MA, invites a Senior Project Manager to join the One Water Team in our hybrid office. You’ll lead drinking water and wastewater projects across the Northeast, collaborating with industry experts to deliver resilient infrastructure and sustainable solutions.

You’ll manage client relationships, oversee budgets and schedules, mentor staff, participate in BD, and represent the firm in industry forums and committees, advancing growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Engineer licensure.
• Experience managing water and wastewater projects with increasing responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor staff, and manage budgets/schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and administer construction of water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Serve as primary client contact with private, state, and local government clients.
• Lead business development, including responding to RFPs and shaping project approaches.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle within budgets and schedules.
• Provide technical leadership and conduct quality reviews; mentor junior staff.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities to expand the One Water Team.
• Represent the firm in industry organizations and conferences.
