Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer licensure expected or required.
• Demonstrated project management experience in water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through construction completion.
• Maintain client relationships and guide funding, permitting, and execution.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams and provide technical leadership.
