Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Water/Wastewater group in Dallas, TX. This role will plan, design, and manage multidiscipline projects for municipal and institutional clients across the region.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of water/wastewater design experience, a Texas PE license, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide engineers, EITs and sub-consultants while delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited university
• 10+ years of related experience in water/wastewater design projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Texas is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients, contractors and regulatory agencies
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team within budget and schedule

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage multidiscipline water/wastewater projects for municipal and institutional clients across the region
• Manage technical design and hydraulic modeling requirements
• Develop and assist with qualifications and proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Lead a team of engineers, EITs, designers and sub-consultants
• Establish contractor-client liaison networks and conduct regular progress reviews
• Ensure project milestones, regulatory compliance, and on-time progress billing
