Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Auburn, Alabama team. The role leads project delivery across water and wastewater initiatives, supervising a skilled team and coordinating with design consultants to ensure robust, compliant outcomes.

The candidate should have a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering (ABET) and 15+ years in municipal water/wastewater projects, with a PE license preferred. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Minimum of 15 years progressive experience in municipal water/wastewater engineering.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, staff, and manage all aspects of client projects.
• Supervise team members, assign technical responsibilities, budgets and schedules.
• Guide QA/QC processes and coordinate multiple design consultants.
• Plan, schedule, track milestones, budgets, tasks, and activities across projects.
• Engage in business development within the Southeast Region.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication.
