Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• 10+ years of related experience in water/wastewater and/or floodplain/stormwater projects.
• Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience leading floodplain studies and stormwater plans.
• Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic analyses (H&H).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Manage the budget and schedule for multiple engineering projects.
• Serve as Engineer of Record and technical lead for projects.
• Lead or support floodplain studies, H&H modeling, and stormwater designs.
• Communicate with clients, subconsultants, contractors, and professionals.
• Develop scopes, budgets, and schedules and negotiate changes.
• Assist other PMs with allocation of junior staff and workloads.
• Coordinate project team activities and supervise field personnel.
