Ardurra Houston seeks an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead full life-cycle project delivery for municipal and regional water facilities. The role emphasizes client relationships, profitability, and high-visibility leadership within a growing Texas practice.

The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years in water/wastewater, a Civil Engineering degree, and a PE license is preferred. You will drive planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management while coordinating multidisciplinary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
5-8+ years of experience in water and wastewater project delivery.
Proven success managing large, complex engineering projects with multidisciplinary teams.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; state licensing requirements may apply.
Experience supporting proposals and growth initiatives is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution: identify goals, develop scopes, budgets and schedules.
Use Earned Value Management (EVM) to manage project financials.
Manage change and corrective actions to achieve project success.
Maintain quality control reviews at milestones and manage project risks.
Establish contractor-client liaison network and participate in PSR meetings.
