Ardurra is hiring an experienced Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager to join our Tampa, FL office. The role leads the water/wastewater engineering staff, delivering infrastructure projects while ensuring exceptional client service and profitability.

The position emphasizes project execution, budget and schedule control, and mentorship across the team, with opportunities to expand existing contracts and win new work in Florida.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer's license is preferred.
• 10–15 years of related experience.
• Ability to guide, direct, and coordinate with multiple professionals on water/wastewater projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tampa Water/Wastewater team of ~30 people and monitor operations.
• Coordinate tasks, motivate team, foster positive communication, and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and quality of projects within the group.
• Lead proposals and scope & fee writing to obtain work.
• Provide technical leadership as a mentor to all levels of the team.
• Supervise Project Management staff and recruit when needed.
• Deliver service to the client and maintain strong client relations.
• Manage risk and proactive change management.
• Develop innovative solutions to add value and differentiate Ardurra.
• Market to existing clients to expand contract opportunities.
