Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Watershed practice in Atlanta, GA. This role leads projects involving green infrastructure, nature-based solutions, and watershed planning, delivering client-ready outcomes.

You will mentor teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and build strong relationships with local municipalities. A Bachelor's in Civil/Environmental Engineering and 10+ years of relevant experience are required; PE license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related scientific discipline.
• PE license or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks, motivate team members, and foster positive communication.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and quality of projects.
• Prepare proposals to obtain work.
• Maintain established relationships with local municipalities/agencies in Georgia.
• Provide technical leadership as a mentor to all team levels.
• Supervise staff and recruit when needed.
