Job summary

TYG is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Water/Wastewater to lead critical water infrastructure projects across Texas. The role focuses on guiding projects from planning through construction, managing budgets, schedules, and technical quality, while building strong client relationships.

The candidate will mentor engineers and project managers, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to business development with a focus on sustainable, community-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering is required.
• Active P.E. license in Texas or reciprocity ability.
• 10+ years of progressive water/wastewater engineering and project-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead water and wastewater projects from planning and design through construction.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and technical quality.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations, and distribution and collection systems.
• Serve as primary client contact and build trusted relationships with public and private clients.
• Mentor engineers and project managers, supporting their development.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal water regulations.
• Support business development through proposals, interviews, and opportunity identification.
