Job summary

STV Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager to lead W/WW projects, manage design teams, and drive delivery from planning through construction. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and client relations while upholding safety and quality standards across multiple projects in Texas.

You will contribute strategic guidance, mentor staff, and collaborate with municipalities and utilities to pursue new work and maintain project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or another related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in design and construction of water and wastewater facilities.
• Experience working with local municipalities and utility companies.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large or multiple projects on time, within budget and in conformance with contract documents.
• Provide effective project management to reduce costs and add value for the business.
• Lead design staff, coordinate with internal departments and clients.
• Interface with clients to identify expectations and ensure they are met.
• Oversee safety, schedules, budgets, and staffing for projects.
