Qualifications

• Registration as a Professional Engineer in Texas and minimum 15 years of experience.
• Demonstrable experience in design and construction of W/WW facilities and infrastructure.

• Deliver large and/or multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Provide effective project management to reduce costs and add value.
