Energy Systems Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Water/Wastewater to lead complex municipal water/wastewater construction projects in Texas. The role is hybrid with frequent travel of 50-75%, depending on project location.

You will drive project planning, budgeting, procurement, safety, and client communications, coordinating engineers, contractors and field teams to deliver on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of engineering and construction-related experience.
• Demonstrated experience with municipal water/wastewater treatment facilities and infrastructure preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Assume responsibility for project planning, constructability, procurement strategy, schedule integration, risk management, change orders, commissioning, startup, performance testing, and final acceptance leading to successful project delivery.
• Develops and maintains contact with the customer to coordinate work and communicate progress, costs, and training.
• Directs and manages construction managers and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Manage overall project financial outcome including cost-to-complete forecasts, contingency, and cash flow.
• Provide monthly revenue forecasts and quarterly budget updates to Operations Director.
