Relocation can be offered for the right candidate. The role requires a PE license in Texas, 20+ years in water/wastewater, and strong business development and management capabilities in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• PE license in Texas required or by reciprocity.
• 20+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Proven business development and project leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing efforts and client engagements.
• Develop proposals, budgets and contracts for opportunities.
• Ensure project performance and financial success.
• Oversee engineering managers and set performance goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external client activities.
