Job summary

HR Green in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and expand our Water, Wastewater, and Water Resources practice. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, build client partnerships, and deliver complex infrastructure projects while mentoring staff and driving strategic growth in Central Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and P.E. license in Texas.
• Minimum 7 years as a Project Manager on municipal water/wastewater/water resources projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Deltek; strong client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management from scope through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and quality standards.
• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Lead business development efforts and proposal activities to expand Central Texas presence.
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff to promote growth and collaboration.
• Own project financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, profitability.
