Stantec is seeking a Project Manager with strong Water/Wastewater infrastructure experience to grow our Mid-Atlantic presence. The hybrid role is based in our Mid-Atlantic offices, with responsibilities spanning design leadership, client relations, and project delivery across pumping stations, water treatment, and wastewater facilities.

You will oversee teams, manage budgets and schedules, mentor junior staff, and contribute to proposals and business development for long-term regional success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Strong project management and technical leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead design oversight and construction of water/wastewater systems.
• Manage client relationships and lead coordination meetings with teams and external partners.
• Provide project leadership and mentoring for staff.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and invoicing for projects.
• Support proposals, client interviews, and contract negotiations.
