Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Technical Lead in New England to shape water infrastructure projects for municipal clients. You will guide planning, design and delivery of conveyance systems, leading a diverse team of engineers and technicians while driving business development and client satisfaction.

You will mentor staff, manage scope and budget, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver complex pipelines, pumps and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (environmental or civil) from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in a consulting environment, focused on conveyance and water infrastructure.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 6 months; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of urban storm drain, sewer and drinking water conveyance projects for municipal clients.
• Mentor and supervise staff; develop high-performing project teams and manage project scope, budget and schedule.
• Support business development, client relations and proposals; coordinate with multiple lines to develop opportunities and ensure quality reviews.
