BELFOR is seeking an Advanced Specialist in Water Damage to lead drying and repair operations for residential and commercial projects. The role focuses on technical drying strategies, equipment selection, and coordinating multiple crews to meet aggressive timelines.

Candidates must have IICRC certifications, strong field documentation skills, and ability to travel. This full-time on-site position requires flexibility for nights and weekends in a dynamic recovery environment.

Competenze

• IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard knowledge required.
• IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard knowledge required.
• IICRC ASD designation is required.
• Proficiency with meters and IR camera for moisture and damage assessment.
• Excellent English language literacy and communication.

Mansioni

• Direct teams on PPE use for each job site.
• Review daily project requirements and document progress.
• Provide field documentation, photographs, charts and sketches for projects.
• Develop humidity content records, pyrometric records, and drying objectives.
• Calculate humidity load and affected volume; plan additional support for large losses.
• Assess electrical consumption of drying equipment and temporary power needs.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain equipment.
• Comply with BELFOR standards and maintain client property security.
• Travel as needed and work nights/weekends.
