Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, 7+ years of experience in the operation of a wastewater treatment facility.

Responsibilities

• Formulates project goals, strategies, and SOPs; directs implementation of changes and growth targets; manages new business development and contract renewals.
• Manages teams for hiring, onboarding, performance, utilization, training, development, salary, promotions and terminations; coaches performance.
