Inframark is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead wastewater operations at multiple facilities based in Conyers, GA. The role requires managing municipal wastewater facilities, regulatory compliance, performance, and frontline teams.

Applicants must hold the highest level state wastewater operator license and demonstrate strong leadership in a regulated environment. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership position with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of water/wastewater experience in municipal environments.
• Previous supervisory or plant leadership experience.
• Active Water/Wastewater Operator License, Georgia preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, DOT, and state regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily plant operations, maintenance, repairs, and capital equipment planning.
• Manage operational budgets and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant efficiency and reliability.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and effective wastewater treatment operations.
