Qualifications

• Active highest-level state Water Operator or Wastewater Operator License (or reciprocity).
• 7+ years of municipal water/wastewater operations experience.
• Experience with regulatory agencies and city leadership interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintenance for municipal water and/or wastewater treatment facilities.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of treatment, distribution, and collection systems.
• Serve as senior operational authority and hands-on operator when needed.
• Develop and implement operating procedures, maintenance programs, and performance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance reliability, compliance, efficiency, and customer service.
