Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Municipal Wastewater O&M Project Manager to oversee facilities, operations, and maintenance under multiple contracts. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and regulators to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in wastewater facility operations, and possess a valid driver’s license plus ability to obtain necessary certifications. This role offers a path to leadership within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, 7+ years of wastewater operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain water/wastewater certification.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater facilities and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Formulates project goals, strategies, and SOPs; directs approved changes and growth through new business development activities.
• Oversees hiring, onboarding, performance management, utilization, training, development, salary, promotions, transfers and terminations.
• Maintains contract compliance and account management.
• Meets with client representatives and council to discuss facility operations and capital projects.
• Attends council meetings as required.
• Prepares and administers annual operating and capital budgets.
• Ensures SOPs, DOT, OSHA, and safety requirements are met.
• Responsible for financial performance of the project, including invoicing and payables/receivables.
• Other duties as assigned.
