Inframark is seeking an Operations Manager to lead municipal wastewater operations across multiple sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient performance. You will manage field teams, drive continuous improvement, and maintain reliable service.

The role requires hands-on plant experience, 5+ years in wastewater operations, and the highest Louisiana wastewater operator certification (CDL a plus). You will oversee budgets, safety, and regulatory reporting while coordinating with leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in wastewater operation and hands-on plant experience.
• Highest level Louisiana wastewater operator certification (CDL a plus).
• Proven leadership ability to supervise and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of operators including hiring and coaching.
• Oversee daily water and wastewater facility operations and maintenance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SOPs, OSHA, DOT and state/federal rules.
• Perform site visits and coordinate with maintenance for peak performance.
• Manage budgets, equipment, and capital planning for trucks and infrastructure.
• Track performance, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership and account managers to align operations.
