Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year logistics industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• P&L management, objective setting, and project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of supervisors and indirect reports with coaching and inclusion.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and best practices to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations to foster a safety-focused culture.
• Prepare reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to support decision-making.
• Promote open communication among leadership and associates for transparency and teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors aligned with values and roles.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
