Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1+ years logistics industry experience (required).
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience (required).
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and improve productivity.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy to support decision-making.
• Promote open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
