DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II in Ohio to lead and optimize warehouse operations, guiding a team and driving efficiency. The role emphasizes safety, KPI governance, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer expectations and uphold DHL's logistics leadership.

You will develop workflows, manage labor planning, and partner with HR for supervisor hiring while ensuring high-quality results and a culture of inclusion across over 500 facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, required.
• Experience with P&L management and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, promoting inclusion.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and labor plans to boost productivity.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a safety-focused culture.
• Prepare KPI reports on productivity and accuracy to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership on supervisor hiring and talent decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Build strong partnerships with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
