Responsibilities include hiring collaboration, cross-functional coordination, and proactive issue resolution to maintain DHL's reputation as a contract logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 1+ years logistics experience; 2+ years supervisory experience; P&L, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, coaching and building a culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety awareness.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy, to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and site leadership to ensure effective hiring of Supervisors.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders through cross-functional teamwork and strong customer focus.
• Engage with customers to address issues and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.
