Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse warehousing team, drive efficiency, and implement processes that improve throughput and safety.

You will partner with HR and site leadership on hiring, develop labor plans, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across functions to ensure on-time order fulfillment and strong customer satisfaction. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience in logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports with coaching and inclusion.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardized processes, and best practices.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
• Prepare reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy to drive improvements.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Partner with HR and site leadership on a comprehensive hiring process for Supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and strong customer satisfaction.
