Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) to lead a diverse warehouse team across our network in the United States. This role focuses on implementing efficient workflows, driving safety, and shaping processes that boost productivity and service levels.

You will partner with site leadership, HR, and customers to maintain KPIs, manage labor plans, and develop talent. A bachelor's degree and supervisory experience are required; P&L exposure is a plus as we continue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports with coaching and support.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardize processes to boost productivity.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR to ensure a robust hiring process for Supervisors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional satisfaction.
