Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) to lead and optimize warehouse operations across our network. You will guide a diverse team, implement workload plans, and drive safety, efficiency, and cost reductions while supporting a culture of excellence.

You will report on KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in hiring leaders to sustain DHL's reputation as a global contract logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardization of processes, and best practices to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Prepare reports on KPIs to support decision making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
