DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) to lead a diverse team and optimize warehouse operations across a national footprint. You will develop workflows, manage labor plans, and ensure a strong safety culture while driving efficiency and cost reductions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity and logistics experience; salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 at the national level, with higher regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardize processes.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs, productivity and accuracy to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership on hiring of Supervisors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.
